January is the month of organization and purging of your unwanted stuff! And you know what they say, one maker’s junk is another maker’s treasure…or something like that.
We will be continuing the tradition of FREE DAY this year on Saturday, January 24th from 11 am to 4 pm.
Here’s the low-down:
BRING:
- useful items that you no longer want (this can include household items, clothing, tools, electronics, craft supplies– you know, makery stuff)
- some cash if you’re feeling generous for a pay-what-you-want donation (all proceeds go towards making the lab more awesome)
- a reusable bag or bin to load up any new found goodies you want to take home
DON’T BRING:
- garbage
- hazardous waste
- CRT monitors, seriously
All unwanted items will be disposed of at the end of the day, with all useful items being donated to Thrift on Kent across the street.
